I wanted to let you know that everything went PERFECTLY!!
It was so nice to have you working with me, and your follow up calls and e-mails made me feel so comfortable that everything was under control.
Of course, you can never be sure until the actual event, but it all worked so well. Actually the boat driver didn't know about the wheelchair, but he was so competent and it seemed had done it a number of times that it was no problem. And we had a guest who I had forgotten that she had a gluten intolerance – not so good with pasta and cake. I was sitting at the other end of the table, and didn't hear the conversation between her and the server, but once I saw that she had received special food, I remembered about her special diet and was so pleased that the restaurant was able to be flexible and figure out something.
I also want to make special mention of the boat driver. He was so good at striking a balance between letting the guests talk and handing out interesting facts as we cruised. The weather was nice too, as a bonus that even you cannot control.
Thank you again for your work for our event. I will recommend your services if anyone asks about dinner boats.

My husband and I were recently in San Antonio and have to share our experiences with you. On two separate occasions we ate at Paesanos restaurant with absolute amazing service! On May 14th we had lunch and sat indoors. The food was excellent and we catered to by not only our server, but also the manager and servers passing asking if we needed anything.
On May 15th we had dinner around 10pm and our server was Bob. Knowing that you would be closing soon we were welcomed and our server was great. This was after sitting in another restaurant for 20 minutes on the riverwalk and no one attending our table. This is when we walked out and decided to return to Paesanos. We have recommended you guys with all our hearts to friends and family.

My husband and I ate at Paesanos Riverwalk 10/24. We just stopped in while walking the Riverwalk. Our waiter recommened the Shrimp Paesanos and a white wine that was outstanding. We also had the hearts of palm salad. Wonderful dining experience. Thanks!
